Cottage, Resort, Cabins

Situated on 230 acres of bushland, surrounded by State Forest, there are
2 very spacious luxury Loft Log cottages sleeping up to 9 persons and 3 single storey cottages with 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 plus divan bed. Full kitchens with microwave, fridge and full size stoves, spa. All linen provided.

Combustion stoves and ceiling fans. TV, DVD & CD player. Luxury appointments. Everything is solar powered and all water is rainwater. All cottages have outside living with wide timber decks and outdoor settings.

This is a very secluded location, away from the crowds, with access to Rocklands Reservoir on our boundary and many scenic locations nearby, including the Grampians, Glenelg River, Mt Arapiles (rock climbing), Black Range State Forest etc. and is ideal for bushwalkers, birdwatchers, mountain bike riders. LOTS OF OFF- PROPERTY 4WD TRACKS. BOATING AND FISHING IS EXCELLENT. BALMORAL GOLF COURSE IS LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AWAY.

Quality restaurant seating up to 70 persons with qualified chef is available by arrangement. Licensed bar. All within walking distance of cottages. If not self-catering, and restaurant facilities are required, please indicate when booking.

Two-way satellite internet/email/fax facility, table tennis, surround sound music and 42" Plasma TV are provided in games room.

Balmoral, the nearest town, is 14 Km away, if supplies are required.
