Accommodation comprises 1 Queen bed, and 1 Fold out Sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with eurolaundry.

This apartment is located within 100 metres of Crown Casino, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres, the Yarra River and Southbank Promenade. Melbourne CBD (Flinders St StationFederation Square) is a seven minute walk along the Yarra River (Southbank Promenade)

Minimum stay: 5 nights

5 - 6 nights: $220 per night

Weekly: $200 per night

Monthly: $190 per night

Our minimums do not apply if:

- you are booking within ten days of your stay
- you are filling a gap between bookings

Stays of less than five nights are $240 per night.

Australian Open, Melbourne Grand Prix, Melbourne Cup Week, Easter and New Years Eve have a minimum stay of 5 nights priced at $280 pn. Please email for a price if your stay is more than 7 nights over these periods.
