This fabulous apartment is situated in cosmopolitan Southbank with the Crown Casino practically across the road and the Southgate district around the corner. It's also a mere 10 minute stroll to the city, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, MCG, Etihad, Rod Laver Arena and The Botanical Gardens and a short ride to South Melbourne and Port Melbourne. The view is of Melbourne's magnificent city skyline.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and there is a third bedroom with a one or two single beds. Central bathroom has washing machine/dryer.

Towels and extra pillows are provided and off street parking is available but may incur an additional charge. Smoke free zone/pet friendly.

PLEASE NOTE - RATE CONDITIONS
For three nights or more:
Monday to Thursday: $285 per night
Friday/Saturday: $320 per night
Sunday: $300 per night
Plus cleaning fee of $80 per stay.

One night only: $450 flat fee
Two nights only: $800 flat fee

(Note: bookings for one night on a weekend will only be accepted 7 days prior.)

Locality

This apartment is ideally located for the art and/or sport lovers. The Arts Centre is a short stroll; so is Rod Laver Arena and the MCG. Crown Casino is practically across the road and The Southgate precinct with all its fabulous cafes and restaurants is just around the corner. Flinders Street station and Federation Square are also only a 10 minute walk away - the centre of the city only an extra 5 or 10 minutes.
