South Yarra Inn has just recently been renovated. The downstairs area has beautiful polished floor boards throughout the kitchen and two living areas. The front living area offers a very warm and cost atmosphere. Enjoy a glass of wine with friends or sit back and watch your favourite television show or dvd in front of a contemporary gas fire. The gourmet kitchen features European stainless steel appliances and is fully supplied with everything needed to entertain. The kitchen opens into another comfortable living area which offers a luxury 3 seater couch and chair. This house also features wireless internet which makes it easier to keep in touch with family, friends or business. The modern living area opens out to a private courtyard with bbq. There is both reverse cycle cooling and heating upstairs and downstairs. The spacious master bedroom which is located upstairs features a queen sized bed and walk in robe with tasteful interior design. It also opens up onto a balcony. The second bedrooms has two single beds. The very crisp and clean bathroom also has a separate shower and a bath to relax in after a long day. The laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer is situated down stairs.

The Jam Factory is a very popular entertainment and shopping complex (with cinemas included) on Chapel Street as well. 10 minutes from South Yarra is the City Centre, St Kilda Beach and Albert Park Lake which are all easily accessible by train and tram.
