Fully renovated two bedroom unit adjacent to Brighton Park and Main Beach. Easy 350m walk to the beach or shops and restaurants in the town centre or 450m to the Country Club with tennis courts and golf course. Unit 5 is located top floor and has a full balcony (sleeps 5 on 1 Queen bed and 1 holiday bunk). Has new kitchen, timber floors to living areas and carpet to bedroom, new beds, new bathroom with bathtub, TV, DVD Player, microwave and lock up garage containing own laundry with second shower and toilet.
