Fantastic for 2 families. Has 2 TV's (with USB), 2 DVD players, own laundry, 4 off street parking spaces, outdoor shower for after the beach in private yard with shaded area and good sized lawn area, kitchen with dishwasher, ceiling fans, own laundry with washer dryer, and a fantastic deck with BBQ and views over Trial Bay to the Macleay River Entrance and North up the Coast. metre walk to Horseshoe Bay. The convenience of a Apartment close to the beach with the yard of a house. Extra toilet and outdoor surfer's shower. Minutes to walk to shops, restaurants, pub and beaches.
