Holiday house

This beautiful waterfront holiday house is set amoungst the exclusive Couran Point Resort on South Stradbroke Island. White Haven has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk in robe, ensuite with spa bath, separate toilet and separate shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds. Bedroom 4 has two single trundle beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Ducted aircondioning is available throughout the whole house. Austar satellite tv is available in lounge tv. Separate kid's room with separate tv, dvd/video player, bean bags, kids table etc. Open plan living/kitchen area provides great uninterrupted views of the waterfront canal. Fully equiped kitchen with all appliances. The house's best feature without a doubt is its huge outdoor entertaining dining deck. It boasts north-east wide water views. It includes outdoor BBQ kitchen complete with 4-burner BBQ, sink, service bench and fridge. Free bicylces are provided for easy access around the property. Access to Couran Point Island Beach Resort is only a 5 minute bike ride where you will have access to a huge 1500m2 lagoon pool, restaurant, and other resort amentities. The house has its own private floating pontoon with power/light and water on jetty.

Locality

The propety is located at Couran Point (opposite Couran Cove Resort) on South Stradbroke Island. People can access the property with their own boats or Water Taxis from Runaway Bay Marina (15 minutes). Gold Coast Water Taxi can be contacted for bookings on 0418 759 789.
