Holiday apartment

This beautiful idyllic apartment is positioned in one of Perth's most sought-after locations. Only a stones throw from the magnificent Swan River. 200 metres to the river, Perth Zoo, Shops, Restaurants, Coffee Bars, Water Sports, Golf, Bowls etc...

Watervale is a non-smoking South Perth Executive apartment with river glimpses across to the CBD, sleeps 4 persons, two bedrooms (Queen & Double), beautifully appointed bathroom with walk-in shower wet area. Fully furnished to a high standard with a new fully appointed and, well equipped kitchen, quality towels and linen are supplied. Watervale is a self contained apartment with reverse cycle airconditioning and, ceiling fans, LCD Full-HD flat screen TV, DVD, sound system with CD & USB (ipod) connection, home safe. The apartment also has high quality security in place for added peace of mind together with vehicle security parking.

South Perth's fashionable Mends St on your door step with interesting gift shops and, some of Perths finest restaurants together with casual dining and coffee shops, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy and doctors surgery. No need for a car, also close to all public transport.

A few minutes walk to the ferry, a 5-minute ferry ride to Barrack Street Jetty and the CBD; there you have Ferries to Rottnest Island, Fremantle and the Swan Valley Wineries.
The (CAT) inner city bus links with the ferry, providing free transport throughout the day around the city, there is also 2 other free buses servicing other Perth attractions around the city.
South Perth foreshore provides you with a 10 km walk and or cycle paths around the river, the foreshore also provides free barbecue facilities, a covered children's playground, and excellent water sports. All on your doorstep.
