Tucked away in a quiet residential street in the inner city suburb of South Melbourne, the iPad is a new way of thinking when it comes to staying in Melbourne for business or pleasure.

A mini one bedroom, one bathroom Victorian home, with much more charm than your average hotel room, and at a fraction of the price, with a contemporary and relaxed interior.

Including Foxtel, broadband, gas open fire, a selection of DVD's, books and magazines plus daily Age newspaper delivery.

South Melbourne is only a five minute cab ride to the CBD.

A five minute walk will take you to one of Melbourne's main tram junctions and Albert Park Lake (where the Formula 1 Grand Prix is held) is at the end of the street!

We are also spoiled for choice with quality restaurants, pubs, bistros and delis in the area.

The iPad adjoins our own home. If we are in town, you may hear our son from time to time, however, no moreso than neighbouring hotel rooms.

The workspace/living room has, amongst other things, unlimited cable Internet and a combination printer, scanner and copier.

The Kitchen has a fridge, gas gooker, and convection/microwave oven for all your cooking needs.

Free off-street parking is readily available. Should you require a parking permit, please advise prior to your arrival or on check-in. Parking tickets issued to cars not displaying permits will be your responsibility.

Please note: This property is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

I loved staying at the I-pad, it was perfect, the position is great. The office area a big bonus for me for obvious reasons.
Have recommended it to people already. Will definitely be re booking when I am back.

View the city from Eureka Tower, 285 metres above ground level.
Visit South Bank Boulevard and enjoy a cruise down the Yarra River.

The iPad is serviced weekly, including a full linen change.
Rubbish bins emptied.

LAUNDRY
We can organise for your laundry and dry cleaning to be picked up and returned by our local launderette. Alternatively, the use of a private laundry at the rear of the property can be made by arrangement and at no additional cost.

Parking is available on the street, with a permit provided.

We are spoiled for choice with quality restaurants, pubs, bistros and delis in the area.

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, a charge of 25% of the overall booking fee applies. Within seven days, or for no-shows, the full tariff will be charged.
