Holiday apartment

Fully furnished, self contained apartment available for short term vacation rental.

The apartment is in a gorgeous quiet residential area of South Melbourne, but within a 5 minute walk to the vibrant caferestaurant culture in Melbourne.

It is located above our double garage (we do not park our cars in the garage). It is completely private, completely separate from our home and has a separate street entry to the one we use for our home (our house is on a block with 2 street frontages).

The apartment has a very comfortable queen size bed, reverse cycle heatingair conditioning, a separate bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity) and a good sized living area with flat screen TV. The bedroom, living area and kitchen are all in the one room (it is a studio). It is a good size, quite modern (built in 2005), with lots of character and is very private.

It's in a fabulous location, with 3 different tram stops within a 5 minute walk. You can be in Melbourne CBD within 5-10 minutes, and you can even walk if you prefer (15 minutes)! Within very close walking distance to the apartment (5-10 minutes) there are gorgeous cafes and restaurants, Albert Park Lake, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre and the South Melbourne market.

This is a wonderful part of Melbourne to explore, and a great central spot to be if you want to get out and about around the city, St Kilda, Port Melbourne, Albert Park and Middle Park.
