Character cottage located in historic South Hobart.Walking distance to Hobart CBD and Salamanca Place and conveniently located close to South Hobarts unique shops and cafe's.

Cottage features all the comforts of a home away from home - including quality books and magazines for your enjoyment. The private sunny rear garden also supplies seasonal vegetables, herbs and fruit for your exclusive use.

Locality

Hobart Cottage is located on Cascade Road - the old route to Mt Wellington and the historic Cascade Brewery.
Take a comfortable stroll down cascade Road to the cafe's and shops of South Hobart or if feeling a little more energetic take a mountain bike to one of the mountains many cycling trails.
Hobart CBD is a comfortable walk down Cascade Road or via the Rivulet walking track.

Remember to bring your tennis rackets - the local tennis courts are free to use and only a five minute walk from the cottage. A delightful childrens playground is also five minutes away.
