Holiday house

Perfect location, situated in historic South Hobart, 5 minutes to CBD, Salamanca Markets, Sandy BayCasino and 10 minutes to the top of Mount Wellington. Private and Peaceful, it is nestled behind a large fragrant hedge, and adjoins an executive studio apartment within a Federation home. For your utmost privacy, there is a separate entrance to the cottage, and there are no areas shared with other guests.

Hedge Cottage boasts polished floors, a modern kitchen with gas burners, dishwasher and elegant dining area, a sun drenched lounge with beautiful Bay windows including a double sofa bed, a master bedroom with queen bed and tv, a second bedroom with double and single beds, a stunning, spacious bathroom with large bath, granite double vanity and laundry. All bedrooms have built-ins and luxurious linen. Reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and superior bedding ensure for a wonderful night's sleep! The sunny balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or evening drink. Plunger Coffee and Boutique Teas are provided. Off Street Parking
