Holiday house, Bunkhouse/Dormitory

South Golden Beach house is positioned in a highly sought after location - on the esplanade - directly opposite beautiful pristine surf beach, looking out to the dunes.

This property enjoys the benefits of a small two bedroom house (one large bedroom with queen bed and a small second bedroom with double bunks - bathroom access via second bedroom) plus a detached converted bunkroom that is air conditioned and includes a TV, DVD player and ensuite.

The house has a new compact kitchen installed with dishwasher and microwave, the house has a small lounge with leather lounges/recliner but opens out to a very large paved outdoor entertaining area that includes day bed, table setting for 8 and coffee table and chairs.

The yard is fully fenced and is child and pet friendly. The property is all on one level and enjoys two street access and off street parking.

There is a dog friendly beach just 50 metres up to the north, great fishing and surfing directly out the front.

A truly relaxing beach holiday can be had at South Golden Beach and it is is also so close to all the action of Byron, Bangalow, and Kingscliffe if also looking for some nightlife or a little retail therapy.

South Golden Beach is a beautiful beachside village situated approx 5 minutes north of Brunswick Heads and about 17ks north of famous Byron Bay.

This area is a popular seaside getaway for the weekend or family holiday particularly as it is only a 90 minute drive south from Brisbane. South Golden Beach is a well kept secret - a truly relaxing beach holiday on a simply stunning beach.
