Flour Cask Bay Sanctuary offers a luxury camping experience in totally private camping locations. Camping at the Sanctuary is included when you hire one of our Kimberley Kamper trailers. We are also happy to advise about other camping locations on Kangaroo Island to ensure you see the best of our island and it's attractions.

Your private ensuite is equipped with hot water and a toilet. Solar powered lighting, chairs, table, fridge, a well equiped kitchen and camping equipment allow you to camp in style and comfort. All you need to bring is food and your personal items. Provisions for tea and coffee are provided.

Your vehicle will require a tow ball weight capacity of 125kg or greater or you may like to hire our seven seat Mercedes Benz 4WD to transport your family in safety and comfort.
Have you been wanting to try out a "Kimberley Kamper" but been a little unsure of towing and set up? Perhaps your time on Kangaroo Island is limited and the pack up and set up time is not how you wish to spend your time.

A differnt choice for those who don't wish to tow, set up and move camp is our ECO CAMP. The extra touches of home in our Kimberley Kamper based Eco Camp allow you to experience the joys of camping with all the work done for you. Just bring your personal requirements and food.

The spacious hard floor in the annexe area gives a sheltered area for cooking, dinning and even sleeping if you decide to put the Queen size sofa bed to use. The kitchen can be folded away to give more space if required. The Queen bed in the main tent is made up ready for a comfortable night. Adjacent to the bedroom an ensuite with hot water shower and toilet is a real camping luxury.

Flour Cask Bay Sanctaury is located on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. It is adjacent to the beautiful Salt Lake and only minutes from the remote beach of Flour Cask Bay. The former grazing property contains important remnant habitat which is being restored to enhance the protection of Kangaroo Islands south coast.

There is opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and wildlife experiences.

Kangaroo Island provides many opportunities to experience nature at it's best. A large portion of the island is protected and it's National Parks allow unique nature experiences. From the spectacular Flinders Chase National Park to the wonder of walking amongst the Sea Lions at Seal Bay. The camper trailers have a comfortable queen size bed with quality linen and towels supplied. The main tent has a raised hard floor with space for two additional adults or up to four small children. Up to four sleeping mats, sleeping bags, sleeping bag sheets, pillows and towels are also provided as standard. If you need more room or like a bit more privacy, consider an extra tent or walls to enclose the annexe. Equipment for additiona people is available.

The Eco camp has a queen size bed in the main tent and a fold out queen size sofa bed in the annexe area. Folding camp beds are also available. All linen and bedding is supplied.
