Relax in the downstairs area of this prestigious fully air conditioned two storey new home.A complimentary bottle of champagne is provided on arrival.The luxury atmosphere of this apartment style accommodation caters perfectly for those wanting a relaxing weekend or an extended holiday.Enjoy walking along the beachfront of the pristine beaches & marvelous sunsets of the Sunset Coast., perfect for swimming , surfing, snorkeling & boating.

Your host, who reside upstairs, will be on site to greet you & ensure your stay is enjoyable & comfortable. At the same time your privacy is assured as only one booking is taken at a time, this ensures that you have exclusive use of the downstairs area with your own apartment style residence including private entrance & self contained facilities.
The accommodation consists of 3 queen size bedrooms ( the third Q bedroom) is situated adjacent to the apartment , not part of it, luxury bathroom, separate toilet, large living area including a well equipped kitchenette plus dining table & chairs.
Private alfresco area with BBQ, separate laundry , free broadband wireless connection for your laptop. All linen provided. Tea & coffee supplied. TV,Foxtel & DVD, books & magazines.Reverse cycle air con throughout. Under cover parking available.

Sorrento Quay Hilliarys Boat Harbour is just minutes walk away, offering cafes , restaurants, tavern, shopping, & amusements,also the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Enjoy a whale watching tour or visit AQUA- aquarium.
Golf & tennis a 5 mins drive away. Public transport just 100 mtrs away Perth city 20 mins

Accommodation will suit families,singles or one - three couples. For those with young children the manager has "working with children" qualification.
