Golfers have direct access to the golf course through a gate and the Point King beach is only a short walk away. A private boat mooring is available on request.

Sorrento Village and the Sorrento to Queenscliff Ferry are within walking distance.



This spectacular two-storey house is a classic Sorrento design with polished timber floors, granite benches and gourmet kitchens. Suit one family with children or two families.

It offers two separate living areas, each with full electronic entertainment systems and fabulous views. Separate outside entertaining areas upstairs and downstairs each have BBQs. Wheelchair access is available to both levels.

Three of the bedrooms have TV & DVD facilities and generous-sized granite ensuites with hairdryers.



Visit histoic Queensliff and the Bellarine Peninsula on the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry which is within walking distance of the house.

Walk into Sorrento Village for a coffee at one of the gourmet cafes, or browse the many boutiques, gift and homewear stores.

Visit the historic Point Nepean National Park where you can enjoy fabulous walks along the cliff top and view the old fortifications.

The FrankstonPortsea bus offers daily services and is within walking distance of The Heights.



The Heights is designed to provide either two separate living areas or a complete house, so suits couples and families alike. The downstairs king bed can be split into 2 king singles.

Positioned next to the Sorrento Golf Club and only a short drive from the Portsea Golf Club, The Heights is ideal for golfers of all standards.

A private mooring off Point King is available on request to boating enthusiasts.
