No fuss, relaxed older style fibro house with clean, large rooms. Garage and ample space for up to five cars behind gate. Large back and front treed block, fully fenced, very suited to kids play and the protection of your pets. Plenty of room to run around and have fun without disturbing neighbours.
Two double bed b/rms and third room with two single beds. One bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equip kitchen and servery to dining area. Kinara style wood heater in large lounge room.
Very close to front beach and the Sorrento Sailing and Couta Boat Club and only 2 km into Sorrento Village. Main power boat launching ramp nearby through Sorrento Village.
Siesta Time brought back such happy childhood memories of the Sorrento we used to know and love 30 years ago - lots of space, basic but comfortable and set among the beautiful bush trees that are rapidly disappearing. Recommended for families and young adult groups - Jenny Foley, Mitcham
LocalitySo close to the front beach, its ideal for the family days at the beach. Close to the cinema, the great restaurants or basic fish and chips or pizza outlets only a five minute drive or 2km walk into town. A kids paradise!
Lots to do with the Sorrento backbeach (patrolled) and Nepean National Park (Portsea) not far away where you can hire bikes or have BBQ's and take walks. PropertyThe street, which is very quiet, is off Calcutta Street. The property has a large, flat lawned area in the back garden edged with thick native trees shielding it from most of the surrounding house views. The front is classic Peninsula bush and very restful to sit in. The house is of the older style, but very comfortable.
