Holiday house

Relax at this immaculate, elevated beach house with unobstructed views and landscaped grounds.

Within walking distance to Coppins Lookout,Sorrento Village and both front and back beaches

Polished oak floors and new equipment throughout, furnished in a French provincial style. Fully fenced, beautifully landscaped and OS Parking for 3 cars. This is a very bright, breezy relaxing home in the best location with the sounds of the beach, fully set up for the whole family to enjoy.

Includes fully equipped kitchen with DW, new fridge MW coffeemaker. Laundry with new WM and dryer. RC AC, LCD TV, DVD and lots of books, games, movies, indoor & outdoor toys for the kids.

Sunny dining & informal living opens to a lovely large outdoor deck area (with BBQ) extending to a private and beautifully landscaped garden with views. The lounge room opens to a second deck area leading to a huge grassy back garden, fully enclosed for the kids to safely run around.

The master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe opens directly to the front deck and has full length windows on two sides for unobstructed views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with Tasmanian oak suite. The third bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks.

Beds are fully made up with towels provided. Port-a-cot, baby bath , change table, high chair, toddlers bench table available at no charge.
