Features include; Open plan kitchen (microwave & dishwasher), living and dining Split system air conditioner Balcony off master bedroom Modern furniture and appliances Central bathroom with separate bath 2 secure under-cover parking spaces Laundry with washing machine and dryer TV, VCR & DVD player Opposite swimming beach Accommodates 4 in total with 1 queen and 2 single beds.
Minimum stay requirements
December 1st - January 31st 14 Nights
February 1st - November 30th 2 Nights
please be advised sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired in
KNG, QN, DBL $60.00 Per WeekWeekend
Single $30.00 per weekWeekend
as each property is professionaly cleaned prior to your arrival guests are required to pay for the cleaning costs post their stay (minimum cleaning charge $105.00)
