Cottage, Holiday house

The house is located a 5 minute walk, just 20 houses away, from Sorrento main street cafes and hotels and a similar walk to beaches. A large deck surrounds three sides of the house. Bedroom configurations:
Bedroom 1 Queen bed and en suite
Bedroom 2 bunk room with double bed with single bunk above and single bunks (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 3 Queen bed
Bedroom 4 Queen bed
Bedroom 5 Queen bed and bed settee

House has three showers (plus an outside shower) and bath and three toilets. Continuous flow hot water.

Designed to Entertain

If eating in is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living and dining area with Plasma TV or the outdoor BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area with plasmaTV. The house is equipped with everything you need.
If eating out is more your style don't worry about cars just a 5 minute walk takes you into Sorrento's main eating and coffee bar strip.

Queenslander style plus

Sip complimentary champagne on the huge entertainment deck while you soak up all day sunshine with a book. Throw a steak on the barbeque as the sun sets. Take a 5 minute stroll to the nearby beaches while your partners play golf at one of the many local courses. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from or watch a complimentary movie in one of the seperate living areas.
