Wow what a great house! We had 4 families stay and we all fitted in with room left over. Lovely and clean and close to shops and bay. We will definitely visit again and recommend Champagne Decking to all.

Lovely spacious house with loads of sleeping space. Great location, very close to Bay beach, Ocean beach and the Sorrento shops. I would definitely recommend to anyone. We had a wonderful time.
Designed to EntertainIf eating in is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living and dining area with Plasma TV or the outdoor BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area with TV. The house is equipped with everything you need.
If eating out is more your style don't worry about cars just a 5 minute walk takes you into Sorrento's main eating and coffee bar strip. Queenslander style plusSip complimentary champagne on the huge entertainment deck while you soak up all day sunshine with a book. Throw a prawn on the barbeque as the sun sets. Take a 5 minute stroll to the nearby beaches while your partners play golf at one of the many local courses. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from, play TV games or watch a complimentary movie in one of the seperate living areas.

The property sleeps up to 13 adults in 4 bedrooms and a teenage retreat. The configuration is a queen with ensuite, double bunk with single above and further bunks ( sleeping 5 altogether in the bunk room)), bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queens and in the downstairs teenage retreat single bunks. (A bed settee can be made available for additional extra sleeping if required) In addition to the main bathroom and ensuite upstairs there is a laundry, toilet and shower downstairs adjacent to the teenage retreat.
All pillows and Doonas are provided. If sheets, pillow cases and towels are required these can be provided at a cost of $10 per person. (minimum $100)
