The cottages are complete with Coonara wood fires, reverse cycle air conditioning electric blankets and woollen doonas to ensure a snug winter break. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Each cottage kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, convection microwave, and gas hotplates. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with two king size singles.



Tucked away in a quiet yet central garden setting these fully self contained cottages have all the facilities to make your stay an enjoyable one, each cottage is stocked with gourmet breakfast provisions prior to the arrival of guests and there is a television, video, cd player and reverse cycle spilt system air conditioning and numerous books on hand for relaxation. The cottages each have individual gas barbeques and you can enjoy a glass of local wine sitting on the verandah overlooking to fountain whilst cooking dinner.

Much of Sorrento's shoreline consists of craggy promontories, sheltered bays, and safe, sandy beaches. The Port Phillip Bay coastline offers Sorrento Park and Sorrento Front Beach, with limited foreshore camping areas and the Sorrento Sailing Club.

There is also the David MacFarlane Reserve in Sorrento, which provides an oval for sporting activities and a the Sorrento Park is a fantastic place for children to play on the purpose built playgroun equipment and take in the beautiful views over the bay.Great place for a picnic. Mornington Peninsula National Park extends along the southern coastline and Ocean Back Beach. It provides recreation opportunities for the local community and the wider region including walks diving, surfing, swimming and sailing.
Sorrento has a number of popular surf beaches such as the Sorrento Ocean Beach, St Pauls Beach and Diamond Bay. Coppins lookout provides magnificent views and there are a number of walking tracks and picnic areas.
Portsea is well known for its fine bay and long surf beaches, tea tree bush setting, many coastal walks and beautiful ocean outlooks. London Bridge is a coastal rock formation located at Portsea's Back Beach.

The Portsea Golf Club runs an 18 hole golf course where the public is welcome.Portsea Life Saving Club is based on the Portsea Surf Beach and there are areas near London Bridge where hang gliders are launched. In more recent years, Portsea Front Beach has become a popular area for divers. Many mansions along the coastline overlook Shelly Beach and the adjoining Reserve. Council provides the Portsea Recreation Reserve that includes an oval.

There is a magnicificent queen size bed in one room and two beutifully comforatble king size singles in the other room. Quality linen is provided, cool crisp ironed sheets complete with summer cotton doonas or snuggly woollen doonas in winter. Extra blankets and piilows are also available.
