Modern and spacious with a waterfront location. This three bedroom, second floor,apartment has a northerly aspect enjoying the winter sun and the summer breezes across the bay. Sweeping water views, pool, en suite, dishwasher, TV, DVD/VHS, and a good size balcony. DLUG with plenty of storage as well as an internal laundry, lock up cage in garage adjacent to car park can store bikes, kayaks etc .
Relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the water, so close you can almost touch it!
