Spacious three bedroom tri level townhouse with loft area/4th bedroom. Two living areas, two bathrooms, main with corner spa bath, other off main bedroom. Fully equipped Galley style kitchen with dishwasher. Paved outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting and gas bbq overlooking pool area. Double garage. Boat mooring available. Situated on the waterfront at Soldiers Point, close to the Marina and adjacent to parklands.

Step inside this multi level townhouse to a formal entry with guest WC + internal access from the double garage. To the left you have a sitting room with blue sofa style lounges TV, DVD and VCR + air conditioning. This room also opens out onto a covered/paved sunroom with timber bench seat. Down stairs (6 steps) to a tiled living area you'll find a cane/timber 6 seater dining suite + 2 x 2 seater green sofa lounges.
