Ours is a unique residence nestled above the water's edge at Soldiers Point, only 10 minutes from Nelson Bay. Beautifully appointed accommodation with breathtaking views over the Bay to the Headlands. Spacious lounge leads onto huge deck where you "breakfast with the dolphins"! Accommodation is one queen room plus twin/king, (2-4 people), all facilities with priv. bathroom and sep. toilet. Only a few steps to the beach and facing North East, a perfect aspect for sheltered warm sunny days in winter and booled by the N.E. breezes in summer. Only a short walk to a wonderful restaurant overlooking the water where you can enjoy cocktails at sunset and the best fish in town.

Locality

We are on the N.E. side of a very narrow peninsular, hence water on either side. Stunning sunrises and stunning sunsets.

Close to restaurants, Marina, boat hire, boat ramp, tennis courts, golf course. Beautiful walks along the foreshore.

Absolute beachfront, swimming, fishing, kayaking etc.
