This property is located on the waterfront at Soldiers Point only minutes walk to Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Salamander Shores. A 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay CBD and Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.

Nelson Bay is well known for its dolphins & whales.These majestic creatures can be found frolicking off the main land in large pods.There are cruises that run daily letting you get up close and personal with these beautiful mammals.
