Situated on a 1700 acre farming property and overlooking a large dam the hut style accommodation is fully self contained, although all meals can also be provided. Great for fishing, walking, 4WDing,exploring wonderful scenery and historic sites, resting and relaxing. Places within easy reach to visit include:historic McKillops Bridge and Suggan Buggan schoolhouse; Little River Falls;Wulgulmerang Gorge, which is Victoria`s deepest;Buchan caves;lovely sandy beaches on the Snowy River; and many spectacular places and views in the Alpine National Park including the Rams Horn, Hanging Rock, Native Dog Flat and the Limestone area.Great alternative to Great Alpine Road.
