Holiday house

Jacaranda Beach House is located in Pacific Palms on Smiths Lake only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney.

The house is surrounded by national park and water with panoramic views over Smiths Lake and faces Sandbar Beach.

The lake can be easily accessed from the front of the property where you will find a sandy beach. Take a swim or a relaxing stroll around the lake to the Frothy Coffee Boathouse where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee or hire a boat to explore the area.

Jacaranda Beach House has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort. The house has been furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

The house is child and pet freindly with an enclosed deck area that is safe and secure.

This home has a great holiday feel and with it's proximity to the lake and magnificent surrounding beaches is sure to provide you with a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

Locality

Jacaranda Beach House is located in the Pacific Palms area where you will also find beaches such as Boomerang, Blueys and Elizabeth not to mention beautiful Seal Rocks which is only a 15 minute drive.

Only 20 minutes north is the township of Forster/ Tuncurry providing ample shopping and tourist attractions.
Smiths Lake offers many water sports and has a village shopping centre.

Jacaranda Beach House has 2 living areas. The upstairs living area provides an adults retreat with beautiful lake views. The downstairs living area is perfect as a kids rumpus room and has a VCR and DVD player. There are both childerns and adults books as well a a range of videos.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside.

Jacaranda Beach House has a fully enclosed upstairs deck area that is safe and secure for dogs. The front yard is fenced, however, the fence is only 1m high. Well behaved dogs with clipped nails are welcome to stay at Jacaranda Beach House. The lake and beach are an ideal place for dogs to safely swim and have the freedom walk and run without a lead.

Wake boarding / water skiing

Wake boarding/water skiing, Wake boarding and/or water skiing facilities nearby, Boat ramp within 5 minute drive, Parking for boats available.

Smiths Lake is renowned as a water skiing and wake boarding destination. There is plenty of room at the front of the house to park a boat and it is only 5 minutes to the boat ramp to launch your boat in the lake.
