Holiday house

Our Architecturally Designed home is Beautifully appointed with all Quality fittings. Harcourt Boasts the only Solar Heated, Salt Water Swimming Pool in the area.
With four Separate Entertaining areas, there is always somewhere to retreat for a quiet hour with a book.
Harcourt has a huge covered outdoor entertaining area. Boasting 80square meters of eating, lounging and cooking facilities.
The Children have their own Cover Play Area equipped with a Child Size Pool Table, a Giant Connect 4, and a Outdoor Play Gym, Pretend Play toys for boys and girls. The little ones can enjoy a book from the huge Children Library in one of the many bean bags or fun on the Trampoline.
The Separate Games room is enormous, 50sq meters, with its own Kitchenette and Bathroom.
For the children a XBOX, Play station all game consoles have a selection of popular games. Free internet Access (Wi-fi )
Harcourt has 3 separate Game Tables a 9' Billiard Table, 8' Table tennis and a 8' Air Hockey Table.
Harcourt Caters for Large Families with a Huge Ultra Modern Granite Kitchen, which is fully Equipped. On Warm days you can relax, in Air-condition comfort. All bedrooms have ceiling Fans.
In the 2 Living Areas Harcourt has 106cm Widescreen TV with DVD/TV/STEREO Surround Sound. There is No need to bring DVDs, just choose 1 from the 90 DVD\'s supplied .
In Winter there is Under Floor Heating and of course Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning. Harcourt now has 5 new sets of Golf clubs.
Harcourt is one of the only properties with a Games room and separate Double lockup Garage with plenty of off road parking for Extra Cars and your Boat!
Linen can be supplied for a small charge.
HARCOURT CATERS FOR BABIES, NO NEED FOR EXCESS LUGGAGE. 2 Highchairs, 2 Porta Cots, a Pram and a Baby Bath with Change Table.
There is Nothing, you will need to bring. JUST YOUR BAGS.

ATTENTION: This home is in a quiet prestigious neighbourhood and is not suitable for "LOUD PARTY TIME PEOPLE" or SCHOOLIES".

The house is fantastic and as well as having so much to do, we were amazed at the space we had (you would never have known that there was 15 of us!) and so clean and fresh also how homely it felt

I forgot to mention to you this morning how comfortable the beds are - I think I am going to have to buy a new bed after sleeping in yours. I honestly don't think I have slept in a more comfortable bed - another big plus!
