Wow, what a house! The owners have thought of everything to,ensure their holiday guests have all the comforts of home. Offering both lake and ocean views over the sandbar at,Smiths Lake. This home has an open fireplace for those cold winter nights and ceiling fans to help with the warm summer days and evenings. Downstairs is a self contained area with small kitchenette, lounge, television and 4 large singles that can be connected to make 2 king beds, great for the children to escape the oldies or for oldies to escape the rest of the family. There is also a loft with 2 sofa lounges and another television for the friends or family to decide to drop by whilst you are holidaying to grab a night or two. This,property offers,the versitility of either,singles or,king beds,which,caters for all, 2 families, 1 large family, couples or a group of friends wanting to capture the bush feel of Smiths Lake.
