upstairs consist of main bedroom and a bathroom,kitchen living area,plasma tv dvd and vcr.
downstairs there is 2 bedrooms a laundry, bathroom and a rumpus room with t.v dvd.vcr.

duplex A main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed.bedroom 2,3,has double beds,and the rumpus room have 2 sofa beds.

the place is also ideal for 2 families,
when both duplexes is rented together.
the place is 2 years old, very nice and very neat.
every one commented on the design,open plan,high ceiling,cool breeze,aprox 15m from the waters edge,and a very freindly town.

Locality

smith lake is about 3 hrs from the start of the f3 and aproximatelly 26 km before forster along the lakes way.
forster is 15 min drive, have every thing you need,main shopping centre,woolworth,coles,kmart,all the other restaurant.{stockland}

main attractions in the area is swimming,fishing,surfing,kayaking,waterskiing,horse riding,four wheel driving,bike riding parents and kids will love this.
walking in smith lakes is like walking in the rain forest,trees,lakes and ocean views.
