Holiday house

This Architect designed home has absolutely perfect views over the Lake where you can swim, fish, hire a boat or just relax. Surf beaches are five minutes away and fabulous Restaurants are very close by. HAS NEW CEASAR STONE KITCHEN AND PAY TV

Locality

Smiths Lake is a peaceful haven with a great number of world class surfing beaches a very short distance away. The boat ramp is opposite the house. There is a children's playground opposite and fish abound.

Property

Serendipiy has four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and a flat in the backyard ($40) per night with two single beds and a third bathroom.

Canoe and/or Kayak facilities available nearby, Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Located on waterfront, Less than 5 minutes walk to water, Less than 5 minutes drive to water.

Opposite Serendipity there is a boatramp or the sandy beach to launch your boats or other water craft.

Family Friendly

Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games room, Fenced/safe outdoor play area, Babysitting services can be arranged.

There is a safe sandy lake beach opposite and parents can see the children from the house There is also a children's playground about 20 m. away.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area.

Fully fenced backyard. Animals allowed inside but owners to bring own bedding for their pets. Not allowed in one bedroom which has carpet.
