Open plan house with three double bedrooms - two with queen size beds, one with two singles. All with robes and ceiling fans, main with ensuite.
Lounge, dining, kitchen are reverse cycle air conditioned with polished hardwood boards.
Partly covered entertaining deck with BBQ, table and chairs and fully covered rear deck with table and chairs.
Double carport under.

Smiths Lake is in the Great Lakes area, minutes from both the Myall and Wallis lakes and numerous Pacific Palms beaches (Boomerang, Blueys, Elizabeth, Celito, Sandbar).
Minutes from Sandbar public golf course and 20 minutes from Forster and Tuncurry courses.
20 minutes to Seal Rocks beaches.
10 minute walk to lake and boat hire & childrens playground with picnic tables.
