This huge holiday home is located in a lovely part of Smiths Beach, 5 minutes walk to the surf or the shops.
The main living is upstairs all open plan. The front lounge has leather sofas and flat screen TV and DVD this opens on to a huge deck that has an outdoor setting.
There is a central dining table leading off the kitchen and a second deck at the rear of the house. This deck has the large gas bbq and another outdoor setting with seating for 8. This means whatever the weather you will be able to sit in the sun or bbq on the deck.
The kitchen is modern and slimline with 2 door fridge, electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher the kitchen is well equipped with lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for al fresco dining.
There is one main bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and an ensuite. There is also a powder room on the upstairs level.
Downstairs has a second full size living area with large flat screen TV and DVD, leather sofas and the added attraction of a pool table. The full length sliding doors open on to another deck that leads into the fully fenced back garden.
There is a split system heating and cooling unit in the upstairs living and in the downstairs living.
