Surf@188 is an extensive beachside property, located in Smiths Beach, one of the best locations Phillip Island has to offer. Only '90' minutes from Melbourne, this outstanding property is within walking distance to the famous Smiths beach and YCW beach and only 2.3km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix track. This two storey home has breathtaking views of Smiths Beach and Cape Woolamai and consists of 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 people. The home is ideal for a large family or perhaps 2 families, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two kitchens (kitchenette downstairs).

Upstairs has a fully equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, a reverse-cycle air conditioner, water cooler, 42 inch flat screen LCD tv, extensive dvd library and stereo. Walk-out onto the large balcony which spans 3 sides of the home, giving you spectacular water views of Smiths Beach and Woolamai. This breathtaking outdoor entertaining area has a bbq & outdoor setting for all your entertaining needs.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs , 2 with queen beds, 1 with 4 bunk beds (sleeping 4) and 2 bathrooms. A 'reading' area is also upstairs for those that want to relax and read...

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) with queen beds and a lovely quiet living area that also has a double size futon and double size fold-out couch (sleeping a further 4 guests), self-contained kitchenette, bathroom & washing machine.

Enjoy this fantastic house as you sit back & enjoy the wonderful views. The house is available all year round for a romantic weekend break or a fun-filled week with the whole family. Shorter or longer stays can be arranged. Come in, put your feet up, relax and enjoy the views...........
