Holiday house

Sunset by the Beach is a lovely near new house with attractive valley views. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people (1 with Queen bed, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 bunks). Upstairs is a large living area, big, fully equipped kitchen. This opens onto a large deck with a BBQ and gorgeous view to watch the sun set. Close to many attractions including the Penguin Parade, Grand Prix track and the Nobbies to name a few and only 5 mins drive into Cowes. Fine dining is available on the Island, cruises, wineries and nature in abundance. Walking distance to beautiful, patrolled Smiths Beach for swimming, relaxing or Surfing lessons. NOTE: NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS OR GROUPS OF <30yrs - SORRY....
