Holiday house

The property is two storeys and has a large back yard with a native garden.

The kitchen and main living area are located on the first floor. This living area is complete with a lounge suite, TV, video, DVD player, stereo and dining area. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably. The home has a split system air-conditioned/heater for your comfort.

The kitchen is complete with crockery, cutlery, gas hotplate, an electric fan forced oven, microwave and a dishwasher.

There is also a gas BBQ available. It is ideally suited for 2 families to enjoy time together.

Locality

Smith’s Beach is a popular family surf beach located on Phillip Island. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards over the summer periods and is ideal for surfing, body surfing, and boogie boarding. Great for families.

The Island Surf Shop also organises daily surf lessons if you are interested in trying something new. There are also many beautiful walks around the area.

Smith’s beach is only a short drive to the Fairy Penguin Parade, The Nobbies and the Australian Motor Cycle Grand Prix Circuit.

Property

The property has a large back garden which is great for kids to run around in or for that family game of cricket or footy.

There is an external shower where you can quickly clean off after a swim in the surf, and an outdoor entertaining area where you can kick back and relax.
