Ocean Views@201 is located in Smiths Beach, one of the best beaches on Phillip Island. Only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and corner store and within walking distance to YCW beach. Phillip Island Grand Prix track is approx 2 kms away. The house has an enormous fully fenced secure yard perfect for children to play whilst adults relax and enjoy the ocean views from the large upper deck complete with BBQ and large outdoor setting. The home has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people and is ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing the perfect beach holiday together. There are 2 bathrooms (one with bath), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and electric stove. Upstairs there is a reverse-cycle air conditioner, TV, DVD and stereo. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is upstairs. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms- one with 2 sets bunk beds (and 2 additional trundles if needed),one with a tri-bunk ( double and single) and another room with fold out sofa bed. This room doubles as a second living area complete with second sofa,TV and DVD.

The laundry has washing machine facilites. The fantastic outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach.

The house is available all year round. There are plenty of activities and places to visit on the island such as The Nobbies, the penguins, Churchill island or just relax and enjoy a restful beach holiday.
