'The Tides' is a Modern 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Two Storey Beach House in the Quiet and Picturesque Silverleaves area of Cowes. This is the perfect place to get away for a relaxing holiday being just a 4 Minute Walk to a safe North facing Bay Beach, a 1 Minute Walk to the well maintained Phillip Island Golf Club and a 25 Minute Walk along the Beach to the Cafe's, Restaurants and Shops of Cowes.

Downstairs:
Bright Spacious Living and Dining Areas with Polished Timber Floors. Main Bedroom with Queen Bed, Heating, 26" LCD TV & DVD Player. Large Walk in Robe, Full Ensuite with Shower, Toilet, Vanity & Hair Dryer. Powder Room with Toilet & Hand Basin. Spacious Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances including Dishwasher & Microwave. Separate Laundry with Built in Cabinets, Washing Machine & Clothes Dryer.

Upstairs:
Large Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, Built in Robes, 26" LCD TV & DVD Player, Heating & Ceiling Fan. Third Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, Ceiling Fan & Built in Robes. Main Bathroom with Shower, Bath, Vanity & Hairdryer and Separate Toilet next to the Bathroom.
