Holiday house

Situated with a great view of the golf course this house provides all the creature comforts you could want, and is only a short stroll to beautiful Silverleaves beach. Its fully fenced, so your well behaved pets can come and enjoy a holiday as well!
There is little this house doesn't offer, with 2 open living areas and comfortable leather sofas it just asks to be relaxed in after a walk along the beach. It is complete with a digital TV and dvd player. There is a modern kitchen with electric stove and oven, a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the dining room area, which contains a large central table to seat 8. The washing machine and ironing board in the laundry complete the picture.
This brick house features a large covered deck area overlooking the spacious back garden. Barbeques and tranquil afternoons and evening can be spent sitting back enjoying the quiet nature of the neighbourhood, or if more activity is desired, playing table tennis on the deck!
With a master bedroom with ensuite, and two other bedrooms the house can sleep 8. The double garage has a remote controlled door. Bedding consists of 1 KS bed, one QS, a triple bunk, and a trundle which can be moved to your room of choice.
