Holiday house

Located in a beautiful, secluded area of Silverleaves, directly opposite the track to beach and just around the corner from the Silverleaves Store and shuttle bus for track events.
Property features one living area with sofas and dining table open plan to kitchen that has electric cooking and a microwave, the kitchen is fully self contained. There is a TV and DVD and portable electric cooking, the second living area has sofas, TV and a large wood heater.
There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom that is combined with the laundry. The bathroom has a shower vanity and and toilet, and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Nestled in a native Ti tree garden the property is fully fenced with a wire fencing. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting in the front deck.
This older style beach shack has everything you will need for a family holiday but the furniture etc is not new or modern. Budget accommodation.
