Holiday house

This cute holiday home is located opposite track to the beautiful North facing Silverleaves Beach. it is just around the corner from Silverleaves General Store which serves great food and coffee.
Approx 15minutes walk into Cowes or a 5 minute drive by car. 5 minutes walk to the gold course and only 10 minutes by car to Penguin parade and Phillip Island Moto GP circuit.
The house is modest but clean and in a great location.
It has open lounge and dining with TV.
The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave and is self contained with pots and pans and plenty of salad bowls and platters etc.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet and is combined with the laundry that has a washing machine and ironing board.
The back yard is semi fenced and there is plenty of parking. A nice and sunny beach shack perfect for an easy relaxing holiday.
