This beautifully presented new 18 square home with north facing aspect is directly opposite the secluded Silverleaves beach east of Cowes. Residence is within walking distance to all Cowes' amenities, cafes, restaurants and shops (approx 20 min) with a general store/cafe offering fully cooked breakfast and lunch.

This is a new property in the exclusive Silverleaves area on Phillip Island and is located on the best part of the northern facing beach on the island opposite French Island and Tortoise Head ion a safe beach. All attractions are a short 15min drive from this Silverleaves property.
