As soon as you step into this much loved house you feel at a home. Featuring polished floor boards throughout, and stylish kitchen with all the modern features with European appliances, and romantic master bathroom complete with a huge double spa bath with head rests, walk in shower and double basins.
The second bedroom houses a most comfortable queen size bed and the third and forth bedrooms contain stylish single bunk beds, ideal for children.
The outdoor entertaining area/deck at the front of the home lets you unwind and entertain in a peaceful and picturesque setting with a four burner gas BBQ.

A wonderful home, tastefully renovated. Fresh clean and incredibly comfortable!In a beautiful location with a lovely quite beach away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the action. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking to relax on beautiful Phillip Island!

Locality

A place by the Sea is located opposite a beach access track. A brisk tranquil walk (less than a minute) will see you hit the beautiful exclusive Silverleaves beach. With no street parking the Silverleaves beach is a locals only beach. A 20 minutes walk along the beach will get you to Cowes where a choice of dining and shopping awaits you.
For the golf enthusiasts a two minute drive or short walk will arrive you at one of the finest layouts in regional Victoria. Superbly manicured greens are a feature of the design. Measuring 6003 meters with a Par of 72, the course will challenge beginners and pro golfers alike. The picturesque course and abundant wildlife add to the pleasure of a round of golf at Phillip Island.
A short hour and a half drive from Melbourne will be all it takes to arrive at this most beautiful destination and allow you to experience a most enjoyable holiday or romantic weekend getaway

Situated in the quiet Silverleaves area. The beach access track is across the road from our front drive. Enjoy a quiet 1 minute walk and you arrive at a beautiful, quiet beach for all to enjoy.

This family friendly house has two bunk beds, a separate games room and a huge front yard for the kids to play in whilst the adults can watch from the deck at the front of the house. The beach access track is directly across the road. The beach is a safe quiet beach.
