Summary: Breathtaking views of the Whitsunday Passage and Islands abound from this spacious tropical Villa. Watch the yachts and cruise boats go by, the tides ebb and flow and the stunning sunrises from your own private decks offering you perfect peace and quiet - while enjoying the amenities of the well appointed Villa Whitsunday. The only decisions you need to make are whether to enjoy swimming in the large pool, walks to the nearby National Parks, a short drive to Airlie Beach village, or just relaxing on the massive decks enjoying sea breezes. If action is what you are after, then partake in the many activities this area has to offer, such as boating and diving to name a few - the choice is yours!

Situated on the point at Shute Harbour, a location of great natural beauty and a hub for cruise yachts and boats, only a short ferry ride from the Airport at Hamilton Island or 40 minutes drive from Proserpine airport. The seaside town of Airlie Beach is only just over 10 minutes drive away and has all you need in the way of supermarkets, restaurants, fitness and beauty centres - the "Saturday Markets" on Airlie's foreshore are not be missed for the range of locally produced goods, organic fruit and vegetables.

Villa Whitsunday enjoys the convenience of two self contained levels while still giving the spaciousness of one home. A beautifully appointed kitchen upstairs will satisfy the needs of the keen cook and the downstairs kitchenette is conveniently located to service the BBQ area, wonderful for tropical outdoor entertaining.

Each level has its own full sized and comfortable lounging area - complete with TV and entertainment facilities. Four comfortable bedrooms, two upstairs (master with balcony, stunning views and ensuite) and the other with two single beds. Downstairs another two bedrooms (one overlooking the pool) with a of queen bed and the other with king single and single bed. There are three bathrooms - one with a spa bath.
