Why would you want to stay anywhere else ! This ideally located house is within walking distance of the foreshore of Shoal Bay. Great Bay beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping village. Go for great walks along the coast of Port Stephens and come back and have a dip in the pool. Read a book whilst enjoying the ambiant atmosphere of Shoal Bay in the Port Stephens area.
25 Tomaree Road has two living areas (upstairs and downstairs). Both areas have access to foxtel and downstairs has a large screen Plasma/LCD TV with a 2.5 seater sofa. The upstairs area has a TV with a DVD and seating for 5 with a Day bed to have that afternoon nap. Walk through the rear downstairs doors to the alfesco outdoor living area with a 6 seater wicker lounge with cushions, 8 seater dining setting and a large pool to unwind in during the warmer periods. A backyard at the year of the property will keep the kids occupied for hours. Prepare some of your holiday meals in the modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove top and oven with a large fridge to store your drinks.
