With waterviews from every window this property offers tranquillity, practicality and a location only dreamt of. Watch the boats sail past or the dolphins play from your private balcony which offers degree waterviews across Shoal Bay from Tomaree headland to the Coastal Patrol and across to Jimmys Beach.

Postcard perfect Shoal Bay is beautiful one day and perfect the next offers 3 un-patrolled beaches including Zenith, Wreck and Box Beach, as well as a 2 all tide boat ramp, plus the calmer bay waters of BIG beach. There is an abundance of things to do including the old wharf which is still a great spot to take the kids for a fish, the Tomaree Headland with the WWII gun emplacements and bush track to the look-out which offers panoramic views across the bay, the cycleway which runs out to Fingal Bay as well as beautiful white sandy beaches, parasailing and much, much more.
