This apartment is everything you dream of and more. Its open plan living, dining, kitchen area opens onto a large verandah overlooking the main beach at Shoal Bay.
Its' top floor nestles two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry, the main bedroom boasts its own balcony over the lower verandah, with the same exquisite view if not better. Beutifully appointed with all modern furniture and appliances including stove, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, DVD, Video Player, it also has outdoor furniture so that you can relax and enjoy the view from either balcony or verandah.
Locality & ActivitiesSituated at the heart of Shoal Bay, which is minutes from the centre of the busier Nelson Bay, yet enjoying a much more tranquil and picturesque Shoal Bay.
You can decide on whether you just want to enjoy the activities on the Bay directly opposite the apartment or take a short walk to nearby Zenith surf beach or the adjoing National Park.
