Holiday apartment

Located in the Bahia complex the unit has everything you will need for an enjoyable Port Stephens holiday. Offering 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony area, renovated bathroom with a separate toilet, fully equipped internal laundry and all with walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach and village shops.

There is a range of activities to choose from when you stay in Shoal Bay including: paddle boat rides, sea kayaking, fishing, surfing, fine dining, bike hire and tennis not too mention the infamous walk to the top of Tomaree Headland past the gun emplacement used in defence against the Japanese during WW2. There is a grassed area that runs along the foreshore that offers picnic tables, BBQs and toilet facilities not to mention 2 cycle ways for safe riding to either Fingal Bay or Nelson Bay. Established over 50 years ago, the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel is still available for a quiet ale or visit the Port Stephens and Newcastle Game Fishing Club to see the game fishing memorabilia and history of the area.

Instantly appealing this lovely unit is located on the top floor and offers a combined lounge and dining room with floor boards, 2 x 2 seater lounge with a 37" Flat Screen TV and DVD/video combo, ceiling fans, 6 seater dining suite plus balcony access to a 2 seater outdoor setting.
