House is minutes away from patrolled surf beaches & award winning restaurants situated in quaint Shellharbour Village.
Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with top quality courses in close proximity to the house - Port Kembla, The Grange, Shellharbour Links, Kiama & Calderwood.
Excellent shopping facilities are available at the Stockland Shellharbour Square complex which also includes restaurants and cinemas.
Canoe boats are available for hire from the kiosk @ the Redall Parade picnic area situated near the lake entrance.
Enjoy the scenic coastline on day trips to Kiama, Berry, Jamberoo & Kangaroo Valley.
Chartered fishing trips for individuals/groups can be organised with prior arrangement.
LocalityApproximately 18km south of Wollongong and 13km north of Kiama on the Princes Highway.
