Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Coastal court has a fully equipt kitchen, separate dinning area, open plan living. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting and a small enclosed courtyard out the back with a clothes line. The very large bathroom acts as a laundry also with a fully automatic washing machine. The rooms are spacious with wardrobes and draws.
The unit is airconditioned.
All of the appliances fridge w/machine and aircon are brand new, purchased August 2008. The queen bed and lounge suite and dinning suite are new in August 2010.

Locality

Coastal court is situated right in the heart of Denham, making it a very convenient place to stay. It is super close to all amenities that you could possibly need to have a great family beach getaway.
The Sharkbay marine park offers a wide range of activities including wildlife tours, 4WD-ing, fishing, beaching and of course interacting with the Monkey mia dolphins.

Property

Pls be aware that at times n the north west there can be large numbers of both mice and ants. This is simply a part of life in Sharkbay.

Dogs may come inside but they are not allowed up on the beds or furnature. A $50 pet bond is requested and refunded as long as no dog hair is found on beds and lounge and dog doo is removed from courtyardetc.
